Short answer
A Florida baby shower that stretches into dinner usually means somebody hosting ends up in the kitchen for two hours. A private hibachi chef removes that problem entirely: the mom-to-be sits, the host sits, the food is real, and the only cleanup is the empty wine glasses. Pricing is the same statewide: $35, $50, or $60 per person with a $500 event minimum. Pick your city below for local venue, season, and parking notes.

What a baby shower hibachi booking includes
One chef arrives 45–60 minutes before serve time with the griddle, propane, every ingredient, plates, utensils, and sauces. Cooking runs 60–75 minutes with a 10–15 minute fire show in the middle — onion volcano, egg tricks, sake pour for the adults. The chef bags out every scrap of trash afterward. There is no equipment fee or cleanup fee; a travel fee may apply by distance and is shown in your quote before you book.

From baby shower hosts
“Everything was seamless at our Airbnb. Chef handled everything. Food was better than the hibachi restaurant we usually go to — and nobody had to drive or wait for a table.”

“30A rental, rainy afternoon — they still crushed it under the patio. Onion volcano had the kids screaming. Worth every dollar for a vacation memory.”

Frequently asked about baby shower hibachi in Florida
Can you cook for a baby shower where the mom-to-be has food restrictions?
Yes. Pregnancy food restrictions (no raw fish, limited mercury proteins, no soft cheeses, cooked-through everything) are easy to work around. Chicken, well-done steak, and shrimp fully cooked are all standard.
Can we schedule a hibachi baby shower for a Sunday afternoon in Florida?
Yes. Sunday afternoon is actually one of our more popular baby shower windows. A 2pm or 3pm serve time works well and the chef is out by 4:30pm.
What is the cost of a baby shower hibachi in Florida?
For 18 guests on the two-protein package the total is $900 all in. Smaller showers (8-12 guests) hit the $500 minimum.
