Common questions
Is there really a $500 minimum?
Yes, and it is a total minimum rather than per person. At the $35 buffet rate you reach it at about 15 guests. Smaller groups can absolutely still book — the $500 minimum simply applies, so a party of 8 pays $500 rather than $280.
Do you charge more for holidays or weekends?
No. Pricing is identical year round, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. Holiday dates just book further ahead — typically six to eight weeks.
Is there a travel fee for my area?
No. We cover all 67 Florida counties at the same per-person pricing with no travel surcharge.
How is the restaurant comparison calculated?
It uses $85 per person, which reflects a typical Florida group dinner with appetizers, entrees, two rounds of drinks, tax, and a 20 percent gratuity. In premium markets like Naples, Miami Beach, or Key West the real figure is often $110-$200 per person. It also excludes parking and rideshare.
What is the deposit?
A deposit holds your date and applies to the total. Call (352) 651-3827 and we will confirm the amount and the available serve times for your date.
Can you handle dietary restrictions?
Yes. Vegetarian and vegan preparations, gluten-free sauces, and allergy accommodations are all standard. Flag it when you book and the chef plans around it.
