Short answer
A Florida anniversary dinner at a restaurant means a 15-minute wait at the hostess stand, a two-top wedged between other two-tops, service that is friendly but hurried, and a bill the server quietly drops at the 90-minute mark. A private hibachi chef at home is roughly the same cost, five times the production, and the couple actually gets to sit at their own table in their own space. Pricing is the same statewide: $35, $50, or $60 per person with a $500 event minimum. Pick your city below for local venue, season, and parking notes.

What a anniversary dinner hibachi booking includes
One chef arrives 45–60 minutes before serve time with the griddle, propane, every ingredient, plates, utensils, and sauces. Cooking runs 60–75 minutes with a 10–15 minute fire show in the middle — onion volcano, egg tricks, sake pour for the adults. The chef bags out every scrap of trash afterward. There is no equipment fee or cleanup fee; a travel fee may apply by distance and is shown in your quote before you book.

From anniversary dinner hosts
“Everything was seamless at our Airbnb. Chef handled everything. Food was better than the hibachi restaurant we usually go to — and nobody had to drive or wait for a table.”

“Booked for a rehearsal dinner. Guests said it was more fun than the wedding reception. Cleaned up so well you'd never know a grill was there.”

Frequently asked about anniversary dinner hibachi in Florida
Can you do a hibachi anniversary dinner for just two people in Florida?
Yes. The $500 event minimum applies, which gets two guests the full private dinner experience including the fire show. Many Florida couples book it for milestone anniversaries (10, 25, 50).
Can we add a cake or dessert course?
Yes. We do not make the cake, but we can incorporate your cake into the service and plate it. For a special dessert request flag it when booking.
What is the typical anniversary dinner serve time in Florida?
For Florida anniversaries we typically run a 6:30pm or 7pm serve time. Sunset makes a nice backdrop; we recommend scheduling the fire show for ~15 minutes after sunset.
