What's included
The Saturday dinner problem, solved
Every bachelorette weekend has one dinner that becomes the logistics headache: fourteen people, one reservation that either does not exist or comes with a $1,500 minimum, two Ubers each way, and a bride who spends the meal checking the group chat. A private hibachi chef at the rental removes all of it. Everyone is already there, nobody needs shoes, the fire show is the content, and the night continues straight into whatever is next without a drive.
It also fixes the budget conversation. $50 per person on the two-protein package is a number every bridesmaid can agree to, and there is no surprise tip line or bottle service pressure at the end.

How the night runs
- 6:30 pm Chef arrives at the rental, sets the station on the deck or pool surround while the group finishes getting ready.
- 7:15 pm Appetizers (edamame, gyoza) if you added them. Griddle heats. Chef learns the bride’s name and the inside jokes.
- 7:30 pm Fried rice, vegetables, onion volcano, egg toss, sake pour — bride first. This is the 10 minutes everyone films.
- 8:00 pm Proteins cooked to order: chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, tofu. Filet and lobster if you upgraded.
- 8:30 pm Everyone eating together; the chef keeps seconds coming and fades into the background.
- 9:00 pm Full breakdown and cleanup. The deck is spotless and the group goes out — or stays in.
From a maid of honor
“We almost went to a restaurant. Thank GOD we didn't. 16 girls, one fire show, 200+ Instagram likes before dessert. The bride cried happy tears. Highlight of the entire weekend.”

Bachelorette hibachi pricing
Every package includes the chef, the portable teppanyaki griddle and propane, every ingredient, hibachi fried rice, salad with ginger dressing, yum yum and teriyaki sauce, plates and utensils, the fire show, and full cleanup. Buffet Style ($35) is chicken, steak, and shrimp served buffet-style with hibachi fried rice and salad. The Two- and Three-Protein tiers add grilled vegetables and let each guest pick their own proteins from chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, or tofu, cooked to order. Split it evenly, or have the group cover the bride.

For 12 people, a restaurant night in Miami Beach with drinks, tip, and rides typically lands at $1,200–$1,800. The hibachi chef at the rental is $600 on the two-protein package. Check your exact group in the cost calculator.
Where it fits in the weekend
Most groups book the hibachi chef for one of two slots. Friday arrival night — everyone lands at different times, nobody wants to coordinate a reservation, so dinner comes to the house at 7:30 and the weekend starts without a logistics fight. Saturday main night — the pool or beach day ends, everyone showers, dinner happens on the deck at 7:00–8:00, and the group walks or rides out afterward already fed and in a good mood. A smaller number of groups book Sunday brunch as the send-off: hibachi breakfast fried rice, eggs, bacon, chicken and shrimp at 10:30 before checkout.
Planning tip from maids of honor who have done this: collect protein picks in the group chat the week before (we send a one-line template), nominate one person as the point of contact for the chef, and have the Bluetooth speaker ready — the chef will ask for the bride’s playlist.
Bachelor parties too
Same format, different soundtrack. Bachelor groups book us for the first night at the Destin or Key West rental, the post-fishing-charter dinner, or the golf-weekend night in Ponte Vedra or Sarasota. Three-protein with steak and filet is the usual pick, and the chef is happy to make the groom work for his plate. See the bachelor party pages by city.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a bachelorette hibachi party cost?
Bachelorette hibachi costs $35–$60 per person with a $500 event minimum. A group of 12 on the two-protein package is $600 total, or $50 each — less than most groups spend on one restaurant dinner with drinks and tip, and the chef comes to the rental.
Can the chef cook at our Airbnb or vacation rental?
Yes. Most bachelorette bookings are at rentals in Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Key West, Destin, 30A, St. Pete Beach, and Siesta Key. We cook outdoors (deck, pool surround, patio), follow the host’s rules, and leave no trace. We can share a certificate of insurance with the property manager.
What is the ideal group size for a bachelorette hibachi?
Groups of 8–18 are the sweet spot. We regularly cook for 6 and for 30. The $500 minimum applies regardless of size, so very small groups pay the minimum.
Does the chef do anything special for the bride?
Yes. The bride gets the first plate, the sake pour, and the center of the fire show. Tell us her name and anything she loves (or an inside joke) when you book and the chef works it in.
Can you accommodate vegetarians, gluten-free, or pescatarian guests?
Yes. Tofu and extra vegetables for vegetarians, tamari instead of soy for gluten-free, and shrimp, salmon, or scallops for pescatarians. Give us the count a few days out.
What time should we schedule dinner?
For a Saturday, 7:00–8:00 pm so the fire show happens as the light drops and the group has time to get ready. Friday welcome-night dinners work well at 7:30 pm after everyone arrives.
How far ahead should we book?
Bachelorette weekends cluster in March–May and September–October. Book 4–8 weeks ahead for a Saturday in those months. A $50 deposit holds the date and is credited to your final bill. Cancel free 14 or more days out.
Is there a travel fee?
A travel fee may apply depending on distance from our chef base and is shown in your quote before you book. There is no equipment fee and no cleanup fee.
