A private hibachi chef at the Airbnb or vacation rental solves all three in one booking. Our Central Florida chef base is approximately 194 minutes from Siesta Key, with no travel surcharge.

Why Siesta Key restaurants fail bachelorette groups

Most Siesta Key restaurants that bachelorette groups actually want to go to have 40-80 seats total. A party of 14 either gets split across two tables (defeats the point) or gets pushed to a 5pm or 9:30pm seating (defeats the point).

The ones that do take 12+ typically require a signed contract, a credit card hold, and a $100-$150 per person F&B minimum. On the night of, service for a large group runs 2.5-3 hours and the bill arrives as one line item nobody wants to split.
