About Fork Yeah Hibachi

Florida's private hibachi chef service. Founded 2022 in Orlando by Chef Kyle, now serving all 67 Florida counties with a 15-person team of trained teppanyaki chefs.

What we actually do

We bring a portable teppanyaki griddle, propane, every ingredient, plates, utensils, sauces, trash bags, and a trained chef to your location. The chef cooks hibachi-style in front of your group, does the fire show at the midpoint, and leaves the space cleaner than they found it. You provide the space and the guests. We handle literally everything else.

Packages start at $35 per person buffet style, $50 for two proteins per guest, $60 for three. $500 event minimum. Kids under 12 are $30 flat. No equipment fee, no cleanup fee, gratuity never auto-added. See the full pricing page.

How we got here

First event: October 2022, Chef Kyle's friend's 30th birthday in a Dr. Phillips backyard in Orlando. 30 guests. One portable griddle. One cooler of ingredients. Three of the guests booked their own parties within a week. By spring 2023 we'd done 50 events; by end of 2023, 150. In 2024 we hit 300 events and started hiring chefs. 2025 we crossed 500 events and expanded to the full state. Today a Fork Yeah chef is cooking somewhere in Florida almost every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.

How we're different

• Statewide, not regional. One phone number for Pensacola, Miami, Key West, 30A, Jacksonville, and everywhere between. Most "Florida hibachi" services are actually just one metro.
• Chefs are trained by Chef Kyle personally. No franchisees, no gig-worker contract chefs. Every chef has a minimum 3 years teppanyaki experience before leading a Fork Yeah booking.
• Pricing you can trust. We publish full pricing on the pricing page. No "contact for quote" games. The number is the number.
• No surprise fees. No equipment fee. No cleanup fee. No travel surcharge within our standard radius. Gratuity optional.
• Rain and hurricane policy. If a named storm is active in your area, we reschedule with no penalty. Normal rain = we move to covered space and keep cooking.
