Mention the option in your pre-arrival email (one paragraph, soft offer, link to a landing page we build for you). Our conversion data: 22% of groups 8+ take it when it's mentioned early vs. 4% when they discover it on-site.
Keep a one-pager in the welcome binder at the property. Guests who skipped the email offer often book after they see the actual house and realize "we're not driving 20 miles for dinner".
Mention it at check-in on larger groups, if you do live check-ins. One sentence. Our top-performing host converts 48% this way.

We handle every single logistical thing after that: menu, pricing, chef dispatch, vendor-gate paperwork for your community, cleanup, payment. You get a referral payment within 7 days of each confirmed event.

Why this works for Florida STRs specifically

Group sizes are already big. Florida vacation rentals skew toward 6+ person groups (families, bachelorette weekends, reunions) — exactly our conversion sweet spot.

Methodology

How we derived the conversion numbers

Numbers are drawn from Fork Yeah Hibachi's internal booking data across 500+ Florida events served from 2022-2026. Host-partner conversion rates reflect 23 active hosts across Destin, 30A, Orlando, Naples, Sarasota, Miami, and Key West. Commission tier is tiered: $50 (buffet), $75 (two-protein), $100 (three-protein), $125+ (three-protein + upgrades). Group-size conversion thresholds are based on actual booking rate by headcount: groups of 2-3 book 2%, 4-5 book 6%, 6-7 book 13%, 8-9 book 24%, 10-12 book 32%, 13+ book 38%. Peak-season vs off-season multiplier averaged out.

Why the number may be higher in reality

Three factors we conservatively don't model: (1) hosts whose rentals have "chef dinner included" or "chef dinner available" in the listing title or amenities see 2-3x the organic conversion vs offering only post-booking. (2) Our highest-performing hosts upsell to the chef AT the booking confirmation stage; this calc models at the 24-hour-after stage. (3) Repeat-stay guests who had chef dinner on trip 1 book it again on trip 2 at a 60%+ rate.
