What Rio Vista setups look like

Rio Vista is primarily canal-front estates with yacht-dock pool decks. The chef arrives 45-60 minutes before serve time, sets up the portable teppanyaki griddle in whatever outdoor space you have (deck, patio, driveway, pool surround, lanai, or garage with the door up), cooks hibachi-style with a fire show at the midpoint, and leaves the space cleaner than they found it.
