Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Fork Yeah Hibachi website and services.

1. Service Description

Fork Yeah Hibachi provides private hibachi catering services throughout Florida. Our service includes a professional hibachi chef, cooking equipment, ingredients, and full setup/cleanup at your designated location.

2. Booking and Payment

• Minimum: $500 minimum per event
• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due 48 hours before the event
• Payment Methods: Cash, credit card, Venmo, Zelle

3. Cancellation Policy

• 14+ days before event: Full refund of deposit
• 7-13 days before event: 50% of deposit refunded
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• Weather cancellations: Full reschedule or refund

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide a flat 10x10 ft outdoor area for setup
• Ensure the area is accessible for equipment transport
• Notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance
• Provide accurate guest count 72 hours before the event
• Ensure pets are secured during the event

5. Liability

Fork Yeah Hibachi carries commercial liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing property conditions
• Guest injuries due to their own negligence
• Food allergies not disclosed in advance
• Weather-related issues beyond our control

6. Service Area

We serve all of Florida. Additional travel fees may apply for remote locations or events requiring significant travel.

7. Intellectual Property

Photos and videos taken at your event may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to the event.
