Vegetarian and vegan preparations are available on request. --- ## How the service works 1. Customer requests a quote by phone or web form with date, guest count, and location. 2. Menu and serve time are confirmed. A deposit holds the date. 3. The chef arrives 45 to 60 minutes before the agreed serve time and sets up. 4. Cooking and the fire show run approximately 90 minutes. 5. The chef breaks down, removes all equipment and waste, and leaves the space as found. **Group size:** from a $500 minimum event up to 60 or more guests. Above approximately 25 guests the company runs two chefs and two griddles so that serve times stay short and the group eats together. Above approximately 50 guests, three chefs. **Booking lead time:** two to four weeks for most weekends. Peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), spring break, and holiday weeks typically require five to eight weeks. Weekday dinners are often available with less notice. **Weather:** light rain is workable with a shelter, a covered lanai, or an open garage. Severe weather results in a free reschedule. **Beach cooking:** not possible. Florida counties restrict open-flame cooking on public beaches by fire code. Setup happens on the rental's deck, patio, pool surround, or driveway instead. **Holiday pricing:** unchanged.
